The Visionaries: A Kintsugi Inspired Brand

After navigating the complexities of health and life's unexpected cracks, I created Mended Arts™ to bring awareness to invisible illnesses — and to remind people that mending is where the light gets in.
There's a secret beauty in the repair. In the ancient Japanese art of Kintsugi, when a piece of pottery breaks, it isn't discarded. Instead, the cracks are mended with gold — making the vessel stronger and more valuable than it was before the break. I believe the same is true for the human spirit.
Mended Arts™ is built for the Invisible Warriors of the world — for those who have faced the fire, done the hard work of healing, and carry scars that tell a story of resilience rather than defeat.
We don't hide the cracks. We illuminate them.

More Than One Story
Mended Arts™ sits under a wider umbrella, Empressive Arts — a creative studio built on the belief that meaningful work and genuine expression can live side by side. Alongside this collection, you'll find lighter, everyday pieces too, because not everything has to carry the weight of a cause to matter.

Looking further ahead, Foot Forward — currently in development — will provide emergency housing support for men fleeing domestic violence, because safety shouldn't be conditional, and everyone deserves somewhere safe to rebuild.
