Track 1: That's My Sign
This song came from real life — three fortune cookies, opened months apart, each one landing at exactly the moment doubt was loudest. I wasn't afraid to ask the question; I needed genuine guidance, because I was doubting whether building Mended Arts was truly the right path. No dramatic sign in the sky, no burning bush — just small, ordinary paper slips, arriving right when they were needed. "That's My Sign" is about learning to trust those quiet confirmations, the ones that don't shout, but somehow still answer exactly what you needed to know.

Track 2: Beautifully Mended
This is the song about refusing to let anyone call you damage. Written from a place of having genuinely fallen apart and found the way back — not to who you were before, but to something stronger. It's about taking every scar, every lesson, and refusing to shrink from it or hide it away. Instead of being defined as broken, this song reclaims that story as history worn like a crown. It's the sound of standing fully in your own healing and speaking directly to every other Invisible Warrior listening: you were never broken. You were always something worth mending in gold.

Track 3: Gold In The Cracks
The very first track — and in many ways, the true beginning of Mended Arts itself. Inspired directly by Kintsugi, the ancient art of repairing broken pottery with gold, this song carries one simple idea: the break doesn't need hiding. It can become the most beautiful part of the whole story. Slow, soulful, deeply personal — this is where the mission first found its voice, the exact moment healing stopped being something private and started being something worth celebrating.

Track 4: Get Up Again
Some mornings, getting up is the hardest fight there is. Built on a dark, hypnotic trap-soul groove, this track holds one truth at its center: falling doesn't mean staying down. Written for every Invisible Warrior carrying a battle no one else can see, it's not about pretending the fall never happened — it's about proving, again and again, that rising afterward is always possible.

Track 5: Written In Gold
Born from the same real moment as "That's My Sign" — three fortune cookies, three separate months, each one landing exactly when doubt was loudest about whether Mended Arts was the right path. Where "That's My Sign" tells the story of receiving those quiet confirmations, "Written in Gold" is what came after: the decision to stop questioning and start believing. It's the sound of choosing your own story once the proof finally arrived — written not in stone, but in gold.

Track 6: Real (Tell Me It's Gold)
A shift in energy from the quieter, more reflective tracks — this one is a dancefloor anthem for healing out loud. Built on a UK garage groove, "Real" is about the moment resilience stops being something you carry quietly and becomes something you move your body to. Sometimes healing looks like rest. Sometimes it looks like a night out, dancing through the weight instead of sitting with it. Either way is valid. This song is for the second kind of healing — the one that shows up on the dancefloor, gold and unashamed.

Track 7: Smile Anyway
This song holds the whole reason Mended Arts exists in a single idea: no matter how hard things get, you find a way to "Smile Anyway". It's not about pretending the struggle isn't real — the stress, the heartache, even the pain that came with building something from nothing, were all genuinely part of this journey. But that's exactly where Kintsugi comes in. The philosophy was never about avoiding the break. It's about choosing what comes after it. "Smile Anyway" is that choice, put into sound — proof that even in the hardest seasons, joy is still something you can decide to hold onto.

Track 8: Are You Really Asking
A quieter shift — this track speaks directly to the space between a question and a real answer. "You alright?" gets asked constantly, but rarely with the patience to actually hear the truth behind it. This song sits inside that gap, giving voice to the exhaustion of performing wellness for people who aren't really waiting to listen. It's not bitter — it's honest. A gentle challenge to anyone who's ever asked out of habit rather than genuine care, and a quiet plea from every Invisible Warrior who's had to smile through a morning that nearly broke them.

Track 9: Yes I'm Really Asking
Written as a direct response — same world, same conversation, but the other voice finally showing up properly. Where the first song asks whether anyone's truly listening, this one answers: yes, and I'm staying to hear it. It's about the discomfort of realising you've asked the easy version of a hard question too many times, and choosing, finally, to do better. A promise, not just a chorus — to stop rushing past the people you love, and start really seeing them.
